Cafe\u00efne kan eveneens een invloed hebben op je <strong>blaas<\/strong>. Er wordt echter algemeen aangenomen dat cafe\u00efnevrije koffie beter is voor het lichaam en minder snel <strong>blaasproblemen <\/strong>veroorzaakt. Is de cafe\u00efne in koffie het probleem of kan cafe\u00efnevrije koffie <strong>evenveel schade <\/strong>aanrichten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wat-is-de-impact-van-koffie-op-het-lichaam\">Wat is de impact van koffie op het lichaam?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Velen van ons genieten &#8217;s morgens van een kopje koffie. Ze hebben het zelfs nodig om wakker te worden en aan de dag te beginnen. Wereldwijd worden er ongeveer 2,2 miljard kopjes koffie per jaar gedronken. In Europa zijn de Finnen de grootste koffiedrinkers. Hierdoor word je <strong>alerter, aandachtiger, energieker <\/strong>en <strong>actiever<\/strong><sup>3<\/sup>. Het consumeren van te veel cafe\u00efne (in dranken zoals <strong>koffie<\/strong>, <strong>thee<\/strong> en <strong>koolzuurhoudende dranken<\/strong>) heeft dan ook veel verschillende effecten op het lichaam, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>verhoogde hartslag<\/li><li>hoofdpijn en verwarring<\/li><li>irritatie<\/li><li>minder risico op mondkanker en zelfmoord<\/li><li>misselijkheid en braken<\/li><li>problemen met de vruchtbaarheid en zwangerschap<\/li><li>nervositeit<\/li><li>verhoogde bloeddruk<sup>4<\/sup><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Heeft cafe\u00efne invloed op de blaas? Naast de bovenstaande gevolgen kan cafe\u00efne ook invloed hebben op de <strong>blaas<\/strong>. Koffieconsumptie kan de <strong>frequentie<\/strong> of de drang om te <strong>plassen<\/strong> verhogen. Dat komt omdat koffie je bekkenbodem- en urethrale spieren ontspant.<sup>5 <\/sup>De <strong>zuurgraad <\/strong>kan eveneens je blaas <strong>irriteren<\/strong>.<sup>6 <\/sup>In <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/nl\/voedingstips-gezonde-blaas\/\">dit artikel<\/a> vertellen we je waarom zuren slecht zijn voor je blaas en welke andere voedingsaanpassingen je kunt doen om je blaasgezondheid te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanwege al die <strong>gezondheidseffecten <\/strong>raden we aan om <strong>maximaal vier tot vijf kopjes koffie <\/strong>per dag te drinken, ofwel maximaal <strong>400 mg cafe\u00efne<\/strong><sup>7<\/sup>. Tijdens het verwijderen van de cafe\u00efne wordt ongeveer <strong>97%<\/strong> van de cafe\u00efne in de koffie verwijderd. Er blijft ongeveer <strong>7 mg<\/strong> cafe\u00efne over in een kopje cafe\u00efnevrije koffie, vergeleken met <strong>70-140 mg <\/strong>in een kopje <strong>gewone koffie<\/strong>.<sup>9 <\/sup>Ter vergelijking: een kopje <strong>zwarte thee<\/strong> bevat gemiddeld <strong>47 mg cafe\u00efne<\/strong>.<sup>10<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uiteraard zijn de bovengenoemde effecten van cafe\u00efne minder als je cafe\u00efnevrije koffie drinkt, omdat de hoeveelheid cafe\u00efne een stuk lager is. Bovendien heeft het drinken van cafe\u00efnevrije koffie ook enkele <strong>voordelen voor je gezondheid<\/strong>, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>preventie van <strong>hartaandoeningen<\/strong>, <strong>kanker<\/strong> en <strong>diabetes type 2<\/strong>, dankzij de <strong>antioxidanten<\/strong> en voedingsstoffen in cafe\u00efnevrije koffie<\/li><li>positieve effecten op leeftijdsgebonden mentale achteruitgang (mogelijk voorkomen van ziekten als <strong>Alzheimer<\/strong> en <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/nl\/hoe-zorgen-voor-een-patient-met-de-ziekte-van-parkinson-en-urine-incontinentie\/\"><strong>Parkinson<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li><li>verminderde symptomen van <strong>brandend maagzuur<\/strong> in vergelijking met<strong> cafe\u00efnehoudende koffie<\/strong><sup>11<\/sup><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-150fb9ea-4f02-45db-9f54-c9aabb9b8713\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.id-direct.com\/belgiumb2c\/nl\/newsletter.html?utm_source=Blog_BENL&amp;utm_medium=article&amp;utm_campaign=Blog_BENL&amp;utm_id=Blog_BENL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/CTA_Email_NE-1024x174.png\" alt=\"Inschrijven voor email\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij blaasproblemen is de negatieve impact helaas nog steeds aanwezig wanneer je cafe\u00efnevrije koffie drinkt. Cafe\u00efnevrije koffie is echter nog steeds erg <strong>zuur <\/strong>waardoor de blaas ge\u00efrriteerd kan worden.<sup>12 <\/sup>Er kunnen ook andere problemen ontstaan, zoals <strong>lekkages<\/strong>.
