Voor&nbsp;<strong>mensen met blaaszwakte&nbsp;<\/strong>is dat niet zo vanzelfsprekend. Ze moeten een bepaalde routine volgen en de noodzakelijke voorzorgsmaatregelen nemen om lekkages onder controle te houden en toch voldoende te drinken.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vergeet eerst en vooral niet dat je niet alleen bent. Ongeveer 3 tot 17% van de vrouwen en 3 tot 11% van de mannen kampt met milde tot matige blaaszwakte.<sup>[1]<\/sup>&nbsp;Bij&nbsp;iD&nbsp;willen we je&nbsp;<strong>volop van het leven laten genieten<\/strong>. Het is dan niet altijd eenvoudig om gezond te eten en te drinken. Er zijn echter wel enkele dingen die je kunt vermijden om de gezondheid van je blaas te verbeteren. We denken bijvoorbeeld aan cafe\u00efne en alcohol. Het is belangrijk om&nbsp;<strong>gehydrateerd&nbsp;<\/strong>te blijven, vooral bij warm weer. Door minder te drinken leer je je blaas als het ware om te gaan met steeds kleinere hoeveelheden vloeistof. Dat zal ertoe leiden dat je vaker naar het toilet moet gaan.<sup>[2]&nbsp;<\/sup>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eet veel groenten en fruit. Sommige vruchten, zoals blauwe bessen en bananen, maken je blaas gezonder<sup>[3]<\/sup>. Andere vruchten, zoals watermeloen, zorgen ervoor dat je in de zomer gehydrateerd blijft.
