Parmi les sympt\u00f4mes, on retrouve :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>des fuites urinaires lorsque vous toussez, rigolez ou \u00e9ternuez (incontinence urinaire d\u2019effort)&nbsp;<\/li><li>des fuites urinaires lorsque vous avez l\u2019envie soudaine d\u2019uriner (incontinence imp\u00e9rieuse)&nbsp;<\/li><li>des fuites urinaires parce que vous ne parvenez pas \u00e0 vider enti\u00e8rement votre vessie (incontinence par regorgement)&nbsp;<\/li><li>des fuites urinaires constantes ou fr\u00e9quentes, car votre vessie n\u2019est plus du tout capable de retenir l\u2019urine (incontinence totale).<sup>[2]<\/sup>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces sympt\u00f4mes peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s aga\u00e7ants et g\u00eanants, mais il est possible de les g\u00e9rer de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons, notamment en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/fr\/changer-votre-regime-alimentaire-pour-gerer-la-faiblesse-de-la-vessie\/\">des changements dans votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire<\/a>&nbsp;ainsi que pratiquer&nbsp;des&nbsp;exercices, tels que les&nbsp;<strong>exercices de&nbsp;Kegel<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exercices de renforcement des muscles du plancher pelvien pour hommes&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont faciles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, ne n\u00e9cessitent aucun mat\u00e9riel et peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s discr\u00e8tement, n\u2019importe o\u00f9. Les muscles alors engag\u00e9s lorsque vous effectuez cette action sont ceux du plancher pelvien.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e localis\u00e9, vous pouvez commencer les exercices de renforcement des muscles du plancher pelvien.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contractez les muscles de votre plancher pelvien et maintenez cette contraction pendant 5 \u00e0 7 secondes.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>&nbsp;\u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, rel\u00e2chez vos muscles. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cet exercice plusieurs fois. Vous pouvez faire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.<sup>[3]<\/sup>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous sentirez que votre p\u00e9rin\u00e9e gagnera en force au fil du temps.
