De ce fait, une consommation trop importante de caf\u00e9ine (dans des boissons telles que le <strong>caf\u00e9<\/strong>, le <strong>th\u00e9 <\/strong>et les <strong>sodas<\/strong>) a des effets divers et vari\u00e9s sur l\u2019organisme, notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque,<\/li><li>maux de t\u00eate et confusion,<\/li><li>irritabilit\u00e9,<\/li><li>diminution du risque de cancer de la bouche et de suicide,<\/li><li>naus\u00e9es et vomissements,<\/li><li>probl\u00e8mes de fertilit\u00e9 et pour la grossesse,<\/li><li>agitation,<\/li><li>augmentation de la tension art\u00e9rielle<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La caf\u00e9ine a-t-elle un impact sur la vessie&nbsp;? En plus de ce que nous venons d\u2019aborder, la caf\u00e9ine peut aussi avoir un impact sur la <strong>vessie<\/strong>. La consommation de caf\u00e9 peut augmenter la <strong>fr\u00e9quence <\/strong>ou l\u2019<strong>urgence<\/strong> des <strong>mictions<\/strong> parce que cette substance d\u00e9tend les <strong>muscles du plancher pelvien<\/strong> et l\u2019<strong>ur\u00e8tre<\/strong>.<sup>5<\/sup> Elle peut \u00e9galement <strong>irriter <\/strong>votre vessie en raison de son <strong>acidit\u00e9<\/strong><sup>6<\/sup>.
