Achten Sie auf diese Anzeichen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>unerkl\u00e4rliches Fieber<\/strong><\/li><li>Reizbarkeit und h\u00e4ufigeres <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/de\/babys-weinen-wasserlassen\/\">Weinen<\/a><strong> <\/strong>als normal<\/li><li><strong>Appetitlosigkeit<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Erbrechen<\/strong><\/li><li>ungew\u00f6hnliche <strong>M\u00fcdigkeit<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>geringe<\/strong> Gewichtzunahme<\/li><li><strong>Blut<\/strong> in der Windel.<sup>4<\/sup><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ufig sind jedoch eine <strong>erh\u00f6hte Temperatur<\/strong> oder <strong>Unwohlsein<\/strong> die einzigen Symptome einer Harnwegsinfektion bei S\u00e4uglingen.<sup>5<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Diese Symptome sind nat\u00fcrlich nicht nur auf Harnwegsinfektionen beschr\u00e4nkt. Sie sollten daher unbedingt zum <strong>Arzt<\/strong> gehen, wenn Sie vermuten, dass Ihr Kind eine Harnwegsinfektion hat. Eine M\u00f6glichkeit, eine Urinprobe zu bekommen, besteht darin, den Bauch des Kindes mit <strong>nasser Gaze<\/strong> einzureiben, um es zum <strong>Wasserlassen<\/strong> anzuregen, und dann den Urin in einem sterilisierten <strong>T\u00f6pfchen<\/strong> oder mit einer <strong>speziellen Einlage<\/strong> aufzufangen.<sup>8 <\/sup>Wenn das nicht m\u00f6glich ist, muss der Arzt m\u00f6glicherweise einen <strong>Katheter<\/strong> einf\u00fchren.<sup>9 <\/sup>Die Urinprobe wird dann <strong>untersucht<\/strong>, um festzustellen, ob Ihr Baby eine Harnwegsinfektion hat.<sup>10<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ursachen von Harnwegsinfektionen bei S\u00e4uglingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die meisten Harnwegsinfektionen werden bei S\u00e4uglingen durch <strong>Bakterien aus dem Verdauungstrakt<\/strong> verursacht, die \u00fcber die <strong>Harnr\u00f6hre<\/strong> in den <strong>Harntrakt<\/strong> gelangen.<sup>11 <\/sup>Da bei <strong>M\u00e4dchen<\/strong> der Anus n\u00e4her an der Harnr\u00f6hre liegt, sind sie h\u00e4ufiger von Harnwegsinfektionen betroffen als <strong>Jungen<\/strong>.<sup>12 <\/sup>Bakterien k\u00f6nnen aber auch aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden in die <strong>Harnr\u00f6hre<\/strong> gelangen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>unzureichende Hygiene<sup>7<\/sup><\/li><li>Schwierigkeiten bei der <strong>vollst\u00e4ndigen Entleerung der Blase<\/strong> oder \u201eZur\u00fcckhalten\u201c des <strong>Urins<\/strong><\/li><li>ein k\u00fcrzlich gesetzter <strong>Katheter<\/strong><sup>13<\/sup><\/li><li><strong>Verstopfung<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>aggressive Hygieneprodukte<\/strong>, die den Intimbereich reizen.<sup>14<\/sup><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"425\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-UTI-parent-1024x425.png\" alt=\"Manage UTI parent\" class=\"wp-image-8876\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-UTI-parent-1024x425.png 1024w, https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-UTI-parent-300x124.png 300w, https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-UTI-parent-768x318.png 768w, https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-UTI-parent-1170x485.png 1170w, https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-UTI-parent-585x243.png 585w, https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Manage-UTI-parent.png 1401w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harnwegsinfektionen bei Babys behandeln und verhindern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Harnwegsinfektionen bei S\u00e4uglingen<\/strong> sind in der Regel leicht zu behandeln, k\u00f6nnen aber Komplikationen nach sich ziehen, wenn Sie nichts dagegen tun.<sup>15<\/sup> Gehen Sie deshalb unbedingt zum Arzt, wenn Ihr Kind Symptome einer <strong>Harnwegsinfektion<\/strong> aufweist. Er wird Ihrem Kind normalerweise <strong>Antibiotika<\/strong> verschreiben und es ist wichtig, ihm die <strong>volle Dosis<\/strong> zu verabreichen, damit die Infektion vollst\u00e4ndig beseitigt wird.<sup>16<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harnwegsinfektionen bei Babys und Kleinkindern behandeln<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Befolgen Sie unbedingt die <strong>Hinweise des Kinderarztes<\/strong>. Es gibt aber auch <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/de\/natuerliche-heilmittel-harnwegsinfektionen-zuhause\/\">verschiedene Hausmittel<\/a>, mit denen Sie die Beschwerden Ihres Kinds lindern k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Kind viel <strong>Fl\u00fcssigkeit<\/strong> zu sich nimmt.<\/li><li><strong>Messen<\/strong> Sie immer wieder <strong>Fieber<\/strong>. Wenn die Temperatur \u00fcber <strong>38,3&nbsp;\u00b0C<\/strong> steigt, gehen Sie zum <strong>Arzt<\/strong>.<sup>17<\/sup><\/li><li>Ziehen Sie Ihrem Kind <strong>atmungsaktive<\/strong> und <strong>anatomisch geformte Windeln<\/strong> oder <strong>Windelhosen<\/strong> an, damit es angenehm trocken bleibt. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.id-direct.com\/germanyb2c\/de\/category\/Baby-Nappies\/bebe.html\">iD Windeln und Pants<\/a> f\u00fcr Babys und Kleinkinder nehmen Fl\u00fcssigkeit schnell auf, sodass Ihr Kind den Tag ohne h\u00e4ufige Unterbrechungen meistern kann.<\/li><li>Verabreichen Sie ihm (fl\u00fcssiges) <strong>Paracetamol<\/strong> oder <strong>Ibuprofen<\/strong>, um <strong>Schmerzen<\/strong> zu lindern und\/oder das <strong>Fieber<\/strong> zu senken.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wiederkehrende <strong>Harnwegsinfektionen<\/strong> bei S\u00e4uglingen und Kindern (drei&nbsp;Mal innerhalb von 12&nbsp;Monaten)<sup>19<\/sup> m\u00fcssen anders behandelt und gegebenenfalls genauer untersucht werden.<sup>20<\/sup> <em>Bei iD empfehlen wir dringend, mit Ihrem Kind zum Arzt zu gehen, falls es h\u00e4ufig unter einer <strong>Harnwegsinfektion<\/strong> leidet. <\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harnwegsinfektionen bei Babys und Kleinkindern verhindern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie sich Sorgen dar\u00fcber machen, dass Ihr <strong>Baby<\/strong> anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr <strong>Blasenentz\u00fcndungen<\/strong> sein k\u00f6nnte, k\u00f6nnen Sie einige vorbeugende Ma\u00dfnahmen treffen, wie etwa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wenn m\u00f6glich <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/de\/stillen-mit-blasenentzuendung\/\">stillen Sie Ihr Baby<\/a> in den <strong>ersten sechs Lebensmonaten<\/strong> voll. Das st\u00e4rkt sein <strong>Immunsystem<\/strong> und beugt <strong>Verstopfungen<\/strong> vor.<\/li><li>Verwenden Sie keine <strong>parf\u00fcmierte Seife<\/strong> und kein <strong>Schaumbad<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Wenn Ihr Kind<strong> immer wieder <\/strong>unter <strong>Verstopfung<\/strong> leidet, gehen Sie zum Kinderarzt.<sup>21<\/sup><\/li><li>Wechseln Sie h\u00e4ufig die <strong>Windeln<\/strong>, um zu verhindern, dass sich <strong>Bakterien<\/strong> vermehren.<sup>22 <\/sup>Reinigen Sie den Windelbereich sorgf\u00e4ltig mit einer <strong>milden Seife <\/strong>oder Feuchtt\u00fcchern<sup>23<\/sup> wie etwa den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.id-direct.com\/germanyb2c\/de\/product\/Cleansing-Wipes\/Cleansing-Wipes-Sensitive_261371.html\">iD Feuchtpfleget\u00fcchern Sensitive<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Befolgen Sie diese Schritte, um eine <strong>Harnwegsinfektion<\/strong> bei Kinder zu vermeiden, die bereits zur Toilette gehen k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Erkl\u00e4ren Sie Ihrem Kind, dass es sich nach dem Toilettengang <strong>von vorne nach hinten abwischen<\/strong> soll.
