Hat sie aber auch Folgen f\u00fcrs <strong>Stillen<\/strong>? Als stillende Mutter ist es ganz nat\u00fcrlich sich Gedanken um die Gesundheit Ihres Babys zu machen. Harnwegsinfektion?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/de\/was-ist-eine-harnwegsinfektion\/\">Harnwegsinfektion<\/a> ist die Bezeichnung f\u00fcr die Entz\u00fcndung des Harntrakts. Sie werden h\u00e4ufig durch einen <strong>Katheter<\/strong> verursacht, durch den <strong>Bakterien<\/strong> in die <strong>Blase<\/strong> gelangen k\u00f6nnen.<sup>7<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch die Geburt an sich kann <strong>Blasenprobleme<\/strong> verursachen, z.&nbsp;B. <strong>Harninkontinenz<\/strong><sup>8<\/sup>. Wie bei jeder Krankheit kann sie jedoch auch Ihre <strong>Milchmenge<\/strong> beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<sup>9 <\/sup>Wenn Sie zudem zur Behandlung <strong>Antibiotika<\/strong> nehmen m\u00fcssen, k\u00f6nnte Ihre <strong>Verdauung<\/strong> etwas leiden. Sie k\u00f6nnen zur Vorbeugung ein <strong>Probiotikum<\/strong> einnehmen, das Ihre <strong>Darmflora<\/strong> pflegt und sch\u00fctzt.<sup>10<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eine-blasenentzundung-beim-stillen-behandeln\">Eine Blasenentz\u00fcndung beim Stillen behandeln<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In den meisten F\u00e4llen k\u00f6nnen Sie eine Blasenentz\u00fcndung selbst behandeln, indem Sie <strong>Paracetamol <\/strong>einnehmen, reichlich <strong>trinken<\/strong><sup>11<\/sup>und die Heilung mit <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/de\/natuerliche-heilmittel-harnwegsinfektionen-zuhause\/\">nat\u00fcrlichen Hausmitteln<\/a> wie <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/de\/uti-cranberry-saft\/\">Cranberry-Saft <\/a>&nbsp;unterst\u00fctzen. Obwohl es keine kontrollierten Studien dazu gibt, scheint es sicher zu sein, w\u00e4hrend der Stillzeit rezeptfreie <strong>nat\u00fcrliche Heilmittel <\/strong>(wie Natriumcitrat) und <strong>Cranberry-Saft<\/strong> einzunehmen, um die Symptome zu lindern.<sup>12 <\/sup>Au\u00dferdem heilt eine Blasenentz\u00fcndung auch ohne <strong>Antibiotika<\/strong> in den meisten F\u00e4llen innerhalb von <strong>vier bis neun Tagen<\/strong> von selbst.<sup>13<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Ihr Arzt Ihnen allerdings Antibiotika <strong>verschreibt<\/strong>, sollten Sie Folgendes beachten. Die meisten <strong>Antibiotika<\/strong> zur Behandlung von Harnwegsinfektionen sind unbedenklich w\u00e4hrend der Stillzeit<sup>14<\/sup>. Sie m\u00fcssen aber Ihrem <strong>Arzt<\/strong> sagen, dass Sie <strong>stillen<\/strong>, damit er das richtige Medikament ausw\u00e4hlen kann.<sup>15<\/sup> Die Einnahme von Antibiotika in der Stillzeit birgt einige <strong>geringf\u00fcgige Risiken<\/strong>. Reden Sie daher immer mit Ihrem <strong>Arzt<\/strong> \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche <strong>Bedenken<\/strong>. Dazu z\u00e4hlen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die <strong>sehr geringe<\/strong> Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass das Baby <strong>Verdauungsprobleme<\/strong> oder <strong>Mundsoor<\/strong> bekommt.<sup>16<\/sup> Sprechen Sie in diesem Fall mit Ihrem Arzt dar\u00fcber, Ihrem Kind ein <strong>Probiotikum<\/strong> zu geben.<sup>17<\/sup><\/li><li>Die Einnahme von Antibiotika kann f\u00fcr <strong>fr\u00fch- und neugeborene Babys <\/strong>gef\u00e4hrlich sein. So haben gestillte Babys ein geringeres Risiko f\u00fcr <strong>Infektionen<\/strong> und die Entwicklung von <strong>Fettleibigkeit<\/strong>.<sup>19<\/sup> Es gibt auch Hinweise darauf, dass das Stillen <strong>f\u00fcr mindestens sieben Monate<\/strong> die Wahrscheinlichkeit f\u00fcr Ihr <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.id-direct.com\/de\/kindern-wiederkehrende-blasenentzuendung\/\">Kind<\/a> senkt, selbst eine Harnwegsinfektion zu bekommen.<sup>20<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie zudem <strong>w\u00e4hrend<\/strong> einer Harnwegsinfektion stillen, geben Sie <strong>Antik\u00f6rper<\/strong> an Ihr Baby weiter<sup>21<\/sup>, die es vor ebendieser Infektion sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-blasenentzundung-wahrend-der-stillzeit-verhindern\">Blasenentz\u00fcndung w\u00e4hrend der Stillzeit verhindern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nach der Geburt <\/strong>und <strong>w\u00e4hrend der Stillzeit <\/strong>k\u00f6nnen Sie diese Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen, um eine Harnwegsinfektion zu vermeiden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trinken Sie viel <strong>Fl\u00fcssigkeit<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Gehen<\/strong> Sie so bald wie m\u00f6glich nach der Geburt so viel wie m\u00f6glich <strong>spazieren.<\/strong><sup>22<\/sup><\/li><li>Achten Sie auf gute <strong>Intimhygiene<\/strong> und wechseln Sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig <strong>Damenbinden<\/strong> und <strong>Tampons<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Essen Sie viele Lebensmittel, die reich an <strong>Vitamin C <\/strong>sind.<\/li><li>Verwenden Sie keine <strong>parf\u00fcmierten Produkte <\/strong>im Intimbereich.<\/li><li>Tragen Sie <strong>lockere Kleidung<\/strong> am Unterk\u00f6rper.<\/li><li>Gehen Sie nach dem <strong>Geschlechtsverkehr<\/strong> so schnell wie m\u00f6glich auf Toilette.<sup>23<\/sup><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sind Sie frischgebackene Mutter und auf der Suche nach den perfekten Windelnf\u00fcr Ihr Baby?
